Given that some trainees already have ESL teaching experience while others are entering the field for the first time, we ensure all learners can immediately put theory into practice. This is achieved through live and mock applications, where, at times, trainees apply techniques learned the previous day in their real classroom settings and later return to share positive feedback on their effectiveness.
